The reality show Make Me A Supermodel started on SABC3 two Monday's ago and no-one's suffered a whacking yet (unfortunately).
In Episode 1: everyone arrived, got introduced, started badmouthing each other in their minds etc and in Episode 2 (on Monday/25 January) they did their first big challenges. They had to pose a professional photoshoot and strutt the catwalk wearing as little as poss. - including butt-cheeky thongs.

Catwalk facts:
Three contestants face being whacked this Monday (1 Feb/20h00): Sarah, Katy and Dominic. Only one will go - at the start of the episode. The winner of the photoshoot was Holly. Things to lookout for in the photos: Aryn's OMG camel-toe (first pic enlarged) and Sarah's too-long torso (green and orange crouching pic). We didn't spot this torso problem immediately - the judges spoke about it in their feedback.

Just in ... these first-look snaps off the set of a new TV series called The Mating Game, currently filmin' on location in Jozi.
The show stars Maggie Benedict, Renate Stuurman and Elma Postma as longtime BFF's who are lost in a gridlock of juggling careers, friendships, families, sex, stilletto's, lipstick and bed head as they search for their ideal man (1 each - not 1 to share, hehe).
Through the series the gal pals fall in-and-out of knowing who they are when they realise that most of all, they want: freedom*.
The show premieres on SABC2 in early 2010.

*We're fully convinced that one guy isn't nearly enough for any girl and that no-one ever wants to admit it.
Also in the cast: Khabonina Quebeka as Kefilwe (who seduces men as a hobby) and the man-flesh includes Thato Nkosi, Justin Strydom and Nathaniel Ramabulana.

Major changes shook the Playboy Mansion last season when Hef's No. 1 girlfriend Holly - and his other two girlfriends Kendra and Bridget - all left the mansion, Hef and the show.
Not one to let such matters get him down for too long, Hef instantly ordered up three new gold-diggers: a new No. 1 girlfriend, 23-year-old Crystal Harris; and two identical twins, Karissa and Kristina Shannon (19).

Just in off the set of 7de Laan ... a new set of snaps of the cast - taken of each of the lead actors most recently.
Our quick-fire verdicts on them:
Never-ages-a-day: Freedom Hadebe (Mandla). This'll change once he ties the knot with Alyce obviously - their wedding's comin' up on the show next month.
Best dressed: Donnalee Roberts (Annelie) - for the funky pic on her T-shirt.
Worst dressed: Jo da Silva (Gita) - the purps eyesore she's wearin' says it all.
Waaay Too 1990's: Caroline Jacobs (Zinzi).
Most Chilled Hairdo: Sekoati Tsubane (Kabelo)
Biggest Hair: Amalia Uys (San-Mari)
Most Feminist: Melanie Du Bois (Felicity) - for her tie/denim combo
Needs Pricier Bling: Vuyelwa Booi (Alyce)

Today we got our pervy paws on these slinky snaps from the new lingerie-themed entertainment magazine Notorious SA that went on sale for the first time last month.
The first issue featured a bikini'd, chocolate-slurped Kelly Khumalo and the latest issue's covered by model and Deal or No Deal eye-candy Mirriam Ngomani.
Tucked between the pages: local models, wearin' African voluptuousness in a sprinkling of lingerie - both on and almossst off. The monthly mag's available at CNA countrywide for R25.

Just in off the set of Generations ... a collection of publicity pics of the cast taken over time.
We managed to get our grubby paws on snaps of the cast now - and also from the past, including Menzi Ngubane clutching his million bucks at last year's Stars of Mzansi Awards.
Other cool things to look out for in the scrapbook: a close-up of Khethiwe's stab-scar, close-up/behind-the-scenes; and sequined dresses.
Our Worst Dressed Award goes to: Seputla Sebogodi (Kenneth) aka Mr waaay too pink - you'll see why!
