A federal court in Riverside, California, ruled Thursday that the military's discriminatory "don't ask, don't tell" policy, which prohibits lesbians and gay men
from serving openly in the armed forces, is unconstitutional!

U.S. district judge Virginia A. Phillips wrote in the 86-page opinion handed down late Thursday that the DADT statute violates the Fifth and First amendments.

AMAZING!!!!!

Phillips said the policy doesn't help military readiness and instead has a "direct and deleterious effect" on the armed services.

Government lawyers argued that Phillips lacked the authority to issue a nationwide injunction and Congress should decide the policy's fate.

The U.S. House voted in May to repeal the policy, and the Senate is expected to address the issue this summer.

During a press conference for her new movie Burlesque, she said:

You've got some heavy competition coming your way.

Sources are reporting that Snoop Dogg is looking into a collaboration for his two kids. He's got his eyes set on recording an "unstoppable" track featuring his sons, Cordell and Corde and David Beckham's boys!

According to Snoop, he is looking to produce a "flagship" song for the boys for an album he is putting together, featuring a slew of different celebs. Supposedly, they are in talks to do a recording by Christmas, but Snoop is waiting for Becks to return to El Lay so they can talk about it. His plan includes big things for Becks and Vick's eldest, Brookyln. Snoop wants him to be a "Justin Bieber-style frontman."

Lofty ambitions for these kids, but while we know they inherited their father's good looks, did they also manage to snag their mother's ability to sing? For their sake, we sure hope so!
