! ... more pics from the Popstars auditions as promised ... from the Jozi auditions that exploded at Maponya Mall in Soweto last weekend (4 & 5 Sept). Turns out there are tons of keen singers in Jozi but not many who have the pipes for it. Over 5000 wannabe's arrived to audition (some slept over the night before), 3000 had to be turned away (only 1000 can audition each day) and only 100 got themselves a callback. Spotted and snapped in the action: Jamali's Jaqcui Carpede and Liesl Penniken, who "auditioned" for the judges and hung out with hopefuls:
