On Sunday night (13 December) 21-year old Nicole Flint won the Miss South Africa 2009 crown at the pageant that lit up Sun City.

A PR co-ordinator and apprentice-DJ, Nicole seems to have a very dedicated following from Iran - if the comments on her Snaparazzi pics are anything to go by.

24-year old Matapa Maila took the title of 1st Princess and 23-year old Lisa van Zyl was named 2nd Princess. Both got crowns too, unlike Miss World that got too stingy when it came to runner-up headgear.
