On Saturday (29 May) musos from across the continent gathered at Dries Niemandt Park in Kempton Park to celebrate Africa Day at the annual A'Day concert. Those who performed included Nigeria's D'Banj and Ikechukwu, South Africa's Ntombi Ngcobo, Deborah Fraser and Teargas; and Ivory Coast's Manou Gallo. Snaparazzo Snazzy K was in the heatt of festivities to flash us these galleries from both the press conference, that took place on Friday, and the concert-shindig.
