On Thursday night (26 May) the Survivor Maldives finale went down in a hanger at Rand Airport in a freezing Jozi and our cams were there to snap you behind-the-scenes shots.
The shindig started with a live showdown between the final two survivors: Binneland star Hykie Berg; and biokineticist and serial reality contender Letshego Moshoeu.
The jury votes were counted on air and the season was won by Hykie, who took the million buck prize by 8 votes to 3.
Everyone hit an afterparty after the show: some drowned their sorrows, some disappeared 10 minutes into the bash, others tried to score and some danced - most espesh Kenneth Nkosi who seemed to be having the time of his lifeĀ ...

They say the Argus Cycle Tour can finish you off but it turns out the bike ride home can be much more of a problem.
Fitness "it" girl, Expresso presenter and Kfm DJ Liezel van der Westhuizen raced the Argus on Sunday (13th) - and then suffered a crashing fall from her bike as she was cycling home.
She was rushed to hospital where she was diagnosed with a lightly fractured pelvis. Her injury sent her into the arms of a wheelchair, a walker and the Kfm DJ's, who visited and got clingy to "comfort" her .
She's been out of action this week but was in good spirits when we caught up with her. When asked to rate the hottness factor of her doctor, she told us: "The nurses and hospital staff call him McDreamy. Seriously."
She was discharged on Wednesday evening and will be back on Expresso next Monday (21st). She won't be cycling home for a while - she's booked off all exercise for six weeks.

First: Khanyi Mbau got whacked by Tatum Keshwar. Then, the pleb contestants got rid of Bonang Matheba and Snotkop.
After three weeks of celebrity meltdowns on Tropika Island Of Treasure 3, the tables have turned and the celebs have a chance at rehab.
The reason for the turnaround: 26-year old pleb contender Andile Mkhwanazi, who voted out fellow plebs Allan Whitaker and Cheralee Dearlove in the latest episode.
Andile - who won the episode challenge for a second time in a row - surprised his fellow-plebs when he chopped them instead of celebs.
As always happens in reality shows, the doomed outcasts muttered delusional things like: "But I trusted him - how could he??"
The reason for his turn? Seems he's keeping the celebs to freak them out for the entertainment factor.
As each of the contestants pleaded to stay on the show he instructed the celebs to perform. Dionne Song did an oddball ballet routine and Loyiso Gola got tongue-tied trying to make Andile laugh - and did zilch.
While Loyiso didn't get a laugh out of Andile, he got a vote to stay - obviously so that Andile can tongue-tie him more.
Here's a gallery of snaps taken on-location during the filming of the season ... as you'll see, everyone seems smiley, but, when there's R1 million to be grabbed, we can only assume that there's a lot more going on beneath the surface ...
